Your membership to The Prodigal Path renews automatically each month (or year, depending on your plan). You can cancel anytime — no questions asked, no guilt. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
To cancel, you can manage your membership from your account settings, or email us at the-prodigal-path@polsia.app and we'll take care of it.
We offer a 7-day refund window on all digital products and courses. If you purchase something and it's not what you needed, reach out within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — no lengthy explanations required. After 7 days, all sales on digital products are final.
For physical items from our shop, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if something is wrong or the item arrived damaged. We'll work with you to resolve it.
Email us at the-prodigal-path@polsia.app with your name, the product or service, and the date of purchase. We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
